Grace Companion, Grace Notes and Grace Care Facilities is part of the Grace Suite, built to support practitioners and families.
Founded by experienced Social Workers and NHS practitioners with over 20 years in social care and health.
Our Story
Grace Companion was born from a simple observation: whilst technology advances at breathtaking speed, the needs of our elders and those facing cognitive challenges are often left behind. We watched family members struggle to stay connected with loved ones who forget appointments, miss medications and feel increasingly isolated.
We knew technology could help, but not the kind that requires tapping through menus, remembering passwords, or navigating complex interfaces. What was needed was something fundamentally different: technology that meets people where they are, speaks their language, and provides support without adding stress.
Grace Companion is our answer. It's an AI companion designed not to replace human connection, but to support it. To help elders maintain independence whilst giving families peace of mind. To use the power of artificial intelligence in service of genuine human needs.
As these needs grew, we expanded beyond a single product. The Grace Suite now supports families, practitioners, and care teams. Grace Companion remains our most personal experience: human-first support for day-to-day life.

To empower elders and individuals with cognitive challenges to live independently with dignity, whilst providing families the reassurance they need and deserve.
