Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.
Is Trusted Visitor Check-In included?
Yes. Trusted Visitor Check-In is included across Grace Companion plans, including the 30-day free trial. Family can create QR and PIN access for trusted visitors and see check-ins, photo updates, voice notes, location links, and raised concerns in the NOK dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a commitment period?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
